The New Lathe Project
The Bowral Men's Shed greatfully acknowledge the Veolia Mulwaree Trust, in their 2022 community funding round, for the Grant of $2615.00 for the purchase of a new wood turning lathe
The Bowral Mens Shed was established about 20 years ago with the aim of providing friendship and activities for older men. We recently received a generous grant from Veolia to buy a new wood lathe. The attached picture shows Bill Dinning, our oldest and founder member, demonstrating the new lathe to two other members, Bob Green and John Bado.

The Bowral shed committee takes it’s responsibility for the well-being of its members very seriously and therefore we are very grateful for the many years of support from Veolia Mulwaree Trust. This wood lathe is a very welcome item in the Men's shed,
